A Very Sweet Day in the Presidio
A Boy and His Dog
I promise this was not staged. This little starlet puggle insisted on two things — getting equal time in front of the camera and finding a soft spot to take a nap. Fortunately, we were able to distract him with some kibble when it came time for portraits.
Purple Rain
A rainy day family shoot in the studio with lots of lovely purple.
Clement Street Photo Essay for The Bold Italic
Check out my photo essay on the Clement Street microhood at The Bold Italic, featuring local spots like Park Life, Seed Store and, see above, Toy Boat Dessert Cafe. And, yes, that double scoop of mint chip was for me.

A Very San Francisco Wedding in 7x7 Magazine
A fun city wedding Heather and I shot last year for Gertrude and Mabel, featured in 7x7 magazine. The bride arrived in a cable car and the ceremony was held at Old St. Mary’s next to Chinatown. See the slideshow here.
Cavallo Point Wedding in BRIDES Magazine
Heather and I shot this gorgeous wedding for Gertrude and Mabel last year. Karen and Joel bucked tradition with a pre-ceremony stroll at Cavallo Point, part of the Golden Gate National Park. Visit the full gallery on the BRIDES magazine website.
A Field Trip to Snoopy's Home Ice
Had fun taking pictures (and falling on the ice) while taking pictures for this SFGate feature on Snoopy’s Home Ice, a skating rink housed in a reproduction of a Swiss chalet in Charles M. Schulz’s hometown of Santa Rosa.

A playful session at one of my longtime clients’ home in the Castro. My camera simply followed the action.
Meet Blue
I photographed Blue’s parents’ wedding about eight years ago, did several sessions with her brother over the past few years and now I’m so very excited to get to follow her growth.
Bunny Love
A sweet little family shoot with a huge fluffy bunny. Does it get any cuter than this?
Calistoga Family Reunion
Here’s one of my favorite photographs from a recent family reunion in Calistoga, honoring the family patriarch on his 70th birthday. It was rainy but we got some really beautiful shots.
A New Arrival
A sleepy little session for a sleepy 10 day old.
Old Friends
Lily (on the left) insisted on posing for these photos and am so glad she did.
The Presidio
A fun little session in the ever gorgeous Presidio.

Brothers in Arms
These two brothers stole the show at this family session at the Palace of Fine Arts. Maybe it had something to do with their shoes.
